Do you want to return the item?

You can return a product from Adazi, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging and in its original condition. Please note that the company pays value-added tax to the state budget from the cost of the product, therefore the amount will be refunded to you minus this tax (18% of the full price). You can return the product only within 30 days of purchase.

 To return an item, you must write to the company's (Andazi) email address and inform us of your request. Andazi will review your message and contact you, after which an agreement will be made on the procedures for returning the item.

VIII. Taxes and Payments; Transportation; Home Installation -; Third Party Seller Purchases

 

Prices. The price of Products available for purchase through any Site will be displayed to you on that Site. The price of Products available for purchase through any Andazi Store will be displayed next to or beside the Product. In each case, the prices displayed do not include taxes. Product prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars or local currency, depending on where you purchase the Products. We will notify you of any applicable taxes prior to placing an order. There are no taxes on the delivery of Products unless otherwise stated. 

 

Payments. The Sites and Andazi Stores currently use third parties to process payments. Our third-party payment processors accept payments from various credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as detailed on the applicable payment screen. You may also finance the purchase of products in installments from financial institutions in Georgia.

 

Bring it home.

For home delivery and mattress unpacking, the customer or an adult must be present at the designated time and location at the delivery address. If an adult is not present at the time of delivery, Andazi reserves the right to leave the package with a secure receiving agency (e.g., doorman, concierge, or building package center). All mattresses removed by Andazi’s in-home facility must be in a sanitary condition.

Third-party vendor purchases. Andazi may offer certain products through third parties.

Sellers. Andazi does not control the third-party seller and your order, purchase, receipt or use of

Third-party vendor. Each third-party vendor may have its own terms, guidelines, or policies.

Independent of these Terms and Conditions, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any

or retail locations operated by a third-party vendor are at your own risk.

 

IX. Gift and offer codes; Referral program

 

From time to time, Andazi may offer eligible customers “gift codes” or “offer codes” through various promotional activities and communications (collectively referred to herein as “Offer Codes”) that may be redeemed for purchases on any Site or across any Site. The Andazi Store is available while supplies last, and is subject to certain product exclusions or other restrictions that may be determined and communicated by Andazi in its sole discretion. Only valid offer codes provided or promoted by Andazi will be accepted at the time of ordering. Codes provided or promoted by third parties not authorized by Andazi (including unauthorized third-party websites) will not be considered valid. Codes provided or promoted by third-party sellers are not valid for use

Sites or in any Andazi store and are subject to third party terms and conditions. Each offer code promoted by Andazi is non-transferable and is valid for one-time use on a single item (or items) as determined by Andazi. Offer codes cannot be combined, are valid only on full-price items unless otherwise specified, and cannot be used on any item marked as “Final Sale” unless otherwise specified.

XI. Refunds and Returns; Cancellations

 

Cancellations. You may cancel an order placed on the Sites or the Andazi Store at any time prior to shipment.

 

Returns. Subject to the exceptions set out below, you may return any product purchased from the Sites or the Andazi Store during the applicable product trial period, each “trial period” commencing upon your receipt of such product (each, a “Trial Period”), provided that the product you are returning is located in Georgia, after the 30-night adjustment period (if the product is an Andazi mattress) and subject to the terms and conditions set out below. If we are unable to refund the original payment (for example, if the credit card you used to make the purchase has been canceled or closed), you will be issued a check. If you purchased a product from the Sites or the Andazi Store using an offer code or gift code, the value of any offer code will not be refunded or refundable if any or all of the product is returned. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or taxes.

 

Trial Period Exclusions. Any product that (a) is marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance,” (b) is being sold through Andazi Rest Stop, or (c) is purchased as part of a “bundled” product offering (each such offering, a “Bundle”), to the extent not included in the entire package, may not be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a defect as defined in the applicable product warranty, or unless otherwise stated. Return Procedure. Return shipping is free, provided you are returning the product from Georgia. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Please follow the instructions below to return your product.

 

Mattress: If you would like to return your Proverbs mattress, we will be happy to arrange a return after the 30-night adjustment period, if the mattress is within the applicable trial period for the product, please send an email to Proverbs at contact@andazi.co.uk to arrange a return.
Bed Frames and Other Furniture: If you wish to return a bed frame or any other furniture purchase during the product trial period, please email Andazi at contact@andazi.co.uk to arrange a return. If you have purchased an Andazi bed frame or other furniture purchase with an Andazi mattress, including as part of a package, the applicable trial period will be the same as the Andazi mattress trial period.
Other Products: If you wish to return any other product during the product’s relevant trial period, please refer to your order confirmation email, click on your order number and select the item you wish to return. Please follow the instructions and confirm your return. Once confirmed, you will receive an email containing a free postage label to apply to the box, as well as a returns receipt. Please place the product you wish to return, along with the return receipt, in a box, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop the box off at your nearest post office. All returns must be received by post before the expiration of the applicable product trial period.
  Return Policy. The following terms and conditions also apply to product returns:

You may return your Proverb item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery or 30 days of in-store purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging and condition.
Products cannot be returned outside of Georgia.
Customers may return a maximum of two (2) of each specific product per original order, with a verified customer name or shipping address (i.e., please try the product first - we'll be happy to send you more later!)
If even one type of a specific product is returned from the original order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for an additional trial period on subsequent orders of that specific product (e.g., if you return a Proverb pillow, you will not be eligible for the corresponding trial period on future orders of a Proverb pillow).
For bundles, (i) the entire bundle may be returned and the longest trial period applicable to any product included in that bundle will be the trial period applicable to the entire bundle.
  

Title. Risk of loss and title to products purchased from Proverb shall pass to you upon delivery of such products (by Proverb or our manufacturer) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

 

Third-Party Seller Returns and Refunds. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, including this Section XI, any return of any Product
