It is designed specifically for people who like to sleep on a hard pillow, however, the uniqueness of this pillow is determined by the fact that it is possible to use both sides of the pillow. One side of this pillow is filled with high-density microfiber filler, which provides the firmness of this one side, this side is round in shape and represents the old Georgian traditional pillow shape, the so-called "mutaka", only the other side is filled with softer raw materials, feathers, which ensures the use of this second side as well, therefore the user can place the pillow on the bed in one or the other direction according to comfort.

The buyer is obliged to immediately open the purchased/received item and visually inspect it, and in case of any defects, immediately notify the company. The buyer is obliged to return the product with full packaging, accessories and documentation.

If the buyer refuses to inspect the item, the claim for a visual defect will not be accepted and the specified replacement rule will not apply to it. If the above rules are followed, the company will replace the item with a visual and functional defect free of charge within 5 business days.

In the event of receiving a different product by mistake, the buyer is obliged to immediately, but no later than 5 business days, notify the company and request a replacement item.

The company will exchange the item within 5 business days if the buyer returns it in its original condition (unused), with packaging, accessories, and documentation.

In case of discovery of a factory defect, the buyer shall immediately notify the company within 5 working days of receipt of the product. In case of discovery of a factory defect, the product shall be subject to replacement (in this case, the buyer shall also be obliged to present the product with the full set, box, accessories and documentation). After the expiration of the specified period, the item shall only be subject to repair under warranty conditions.

Delivery may be free in the case of a certain value of the order. You will receive information about the cost of delivery of the order when placing it in the order cart.
