The buyer is obliged to immediately open the purchased/received item and visually inspect it, and in case of any defects, immediately notify the company. The buyer is obliged to return the product with full packaging, accessories and documentation.

If the buyer refuses to inspect the item, the claim for a visual defect will not be accepted and the specified replacement rule will not apply to it. If the above rules are followed, the company will replace the item with a visual and functional defect free of charge within 5 business days.

In the event of receiving a different product by mistake, the buyer is obliged to immediately, but no later than 5 business days, notify the company and request a replacement item.

The company will exchange the item within 5 business days if the buyer returns it in its original condition (unused), with packaging, accessories, and documentation.

In case of discovery of a factory defect, the buyer shall immediately notify the company within 5 working days of receipt of the product. In case of discovery of a factory defect, the product shall be subject to replacement (in this case, the buyer shall also be obliged to present the product with the full set, box, accessories and documentation). After the expiration of the specified period, the item shall only be subject to repair under warranty conditions.

Delivery Policy:

If your order has the status "Delivered" in our system and you have not received the shipment, please immediately write to us about this fact at the following email address: contact@andazi.co.uk and after fixing the problem, the company will take care of eliminating any misunderstanding/defect in a timely manner.

The delivery period is 2-10 business days. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery period may be extended, about which the operator will inform you.

Within the Tbilisi Municipality (except Okrokana, Tsavkisi, Tabakhmela, Shindisi, Kojori, Kiketi, Tskneti, Didi Lilo, Patara Lilo, Tkhinvala, Didgori, Telovani) the delivery of the received order is based on the value of the order. Delivery may be free in the case of a certain value of the order. You will receive information about the cost of delivery of the order when placing it in the order cart. The order is delivered within 1-3 business days.

Fast delivery: takes place throughout Tbilisi, within the next business day after receiving the order.

The express delivery fee in Tbilisi is 50 GEL.
