Read the terms and conditions below for the 3-year and 10-year warranties on Andazi mattresses.

The current warranty applies only to Adazi mattresses.
If you purchased an Adazi mattress from the Adazi online store, you do not need to register your product to activate the warranty.

If you purchased from another retailer, please register on this website to activate your warranty. To register your product, please register and email us with the product purchase information, date, and a copy of your payment receipt.

  Your new Proverb mattress is covered by a: 3-year limited warranty for Regular Collection mattresses and a 10-year limited warranty for Premium and Hybrid Collection mattresses (“Mattress Warranty”). This Mattress Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights.

 

A. Products Covered by This Mattress Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty for Mattresses applies to mattresses manufactured by Andazi LLC ("Andazi") purchased directly from the Andazi website or from an Andazi authorized retailer located in Georgia. 

Mattresses are designed to be placed on a firm surface, such as a bed, that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and the user. This mattress warranty does not cover your product if you intentionally use it in a manner inconsistent with its design.

 

B. Who is covered by this mattress warranty?

This mattress warranty applies to any original purchaser of the mattress located in Georgia.

Customers who have purchased their mattresses through the Andaz Trade-in Program and use those mattresses for commercial purposes (for example, in a hotel or store or other commercial facility) are "commercial customers."

The warranty period for mattresses in all collections for commercial customers is only 3 years.

All warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period the mattress is owned by the original purchaser of the mattress. ("Original Purchaser"), for purposes of this mattress warranty, please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.

C. Andazi Mattress LLC Warranty and Liability

Andaz warrants that the mattress purchased in its original packaging is free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies to the mattress that you purchased and have used since the date of purchase, as determined by the mattress manufacturer, i.e. when you use it normally for its intended purpose, which means that it is placed on a firm surface and is occupied only by a person. And is placed on a base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and the user(s).

Notwithstanding the above, the limited warranty period for commercial customers only is 3 years for all mattresses.

D. What does the mattress warranty cover?

The limited warranty for mattresses covers the following defects:
Deterioration resulting in a visible indentation greater than three centimeters, not associated with a dent or dents, resulting from the use of an improperly surfaced bed base or an adjustable bed base. Normal use requires that the mattress be placed at all times with a properly surfaced bed base or an adjustable bed base. With a proper bed frame that is sufficient to support the total weight of the mattress and person.
Any physical defect in the mattress that causes the foam to split or crack, despite normal use and proper care.
Any manufacturing defect in the zipper of the mattress cover, unless such defect is caused by a violation of the operating conditions, is not considered a warranty condition.

This limited mattress warranty does not cover the following:

Normal softening of the foam pressure relief material, which does not affect the pressure relief properties or
comfort of the mattress.
Physical vandalism or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including burns, tearing, damage from spills or stains, or other damage caused by negligence.
Damage resulting from commercial use, such as in a hotel or retail store - unless you are a commercial user.
Replacement of any individual component in an Anzai mattress system (for example, if you purchase a mattress with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only replace the defective component).
Any mattress (whether manufactured by Anzai or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
If the mattress has been resold second-hand and is "as is", "pre-owned", "refurbished", "used", "returned", "previously owned" or any other similar wording that indicates that the mattress is not "new" or "first quality", or was previously purchased or used by another customer.

 

In the event of a defect, at Proverb’s sole and exclusive responsibility and in accordance with your rights under this warranty, the mattress or mattress cover will be repaired or replaced, at Proverb’s option, subject to compliance with the “Your Responsibilities” below. Replacement mattresses or covers may be available in a different color than the mattress cover you originally purchased. 

For non-standard orders, if individual warranty terms have been agreed with the commercial customer, in this case the warranty terms will be discussed according to the agreed terms.

E. Your Responsibilities

In the event of a defect and in order to benefit from this warranty, you must return your mattresses or mattress covers to the Company (for example) and provide the Company with proof of the original date of purchase. If shipping costs are required to return your mattresses, you will not be responsible for these costs.

Proof of the defect and any claims must be sent to the mattress warranty company.

If you wish to exchange your mattress for a more expensive mattress (“Refurbished Mattress”), please send information to the following email address: Proverbs. You will be required to pay the difference between the original purchase price of the mattress and the price of the refurbished mattress, plus the cost of any related additional system parts required for such refurbished mattress.

Andaz will repair or replace (as appropriate) as agreed and ship you your mattress or a refurbished mattress.

Exchanged or refurbished mattresses are covered by the same limited warranty as the original mattress. If you receive an exchange or refurbished mattress, the warranty period for the exchange or refurbished mattress begins on the date you purchased the original mattress. If you exchange or purchase a different type of refurbished mattress, the new warranty period begins on the date you purchase the refurbished mattress.

F. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, when the mattress is delivered, this warranty is your exclusive warranty and supersedes all other warranties or representations.

J. Disputes
  You and Andaz agree that you and Andaz will resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this mattress warranty, the Andaz Terms and Conditions, or the purchase, receipt, order or use of any Andaz product in accordance with the laws of Georgia and the rules set forth in the Andaz Terms and Conditions located in the Terms and Conditions section.
