Warranty

This limited mattress warranty applies to mattresses manufactured by LLC Andazi, purchased from andazi.ge or an authorized Andazi reseller in Georgia.

Mattresses are designed to be used on a suitable, structurally sound base. Warranty does not apply if the product is used in a way that conflicts with its intended design.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser located in Georgia.

Customers purchasing through Andazi commercial programs (hotel, retail, or other commercial use) are considered commercial customers; for them, warranty duration is 3 years for all collections.

Andazi warrants that a mattress purchased in original condition is free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, when:

• it is used on a proper and stable base;
• it is used for normal human sleeping use;
• the base can structurally support both mattress and user weight.

Warranty applies to manufacturing defects such as:

• visible indentation greater than 3 cm not caused by improper support;
• foam splitting or cracking during normal and proper use;
• manufacturing defects in mattress cover zipper (when not caused by misuse).

Warranty does not apply to:

• normal softening that does not impact pressure-relief performance;
• physical abuse or accidental damage (burns, tears, stains, liquid damage);
• damage from unauthorized commercial use;
• unauthorized resellers or second-hand products sold "as-is", "refurbished", or previously owned.

To process a warranty claim, you must:

To the extent allowed by law, this warranty is your exclusive warranty and replaces other express or implied warranties.

In case of a covered defect, Andazi may repair or replace the mattress/cover at its discretion.

Any dispute related to this warranty, Andazi terms, or product purchase/use is governed by the laws of Georgia and resolved under Andazi Terms and Conditions.
