1. Purpose

This Privacy Policy describes our data practices regarding your personal information, including what types of information we collect, how we collect, use, disclose, and store this information, and how you can make choices about this information. "Personal information" means any information that relates to you or can reasonably be linked to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to andazi.ge and all other websites, applications, products, services, and other offerings (collectively, the "Service" or "Services") owned and controlled by Andazi Ltd. and our affiliates and subsidiaries ("Andazi," "we," "our") that link to this Privacy Policy or offline locations that make this Privacy Policy available to you. It does not apply to information collected by third parties or information collected in the context of your employment with us.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Terms and Conditions.
2. Types of Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It
When you use the Services, you may be asked to provide personal information, such as when registering an account, making a purchase, subscribing to our newsletters, participating in a promotion, responding to our surveys, contacting support, or applying for a job. The categories of personal information we collect include:

Contact identifiers, including your name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
Characteristics or demographics, such as your age and gender.

Contact identifiers related to other users. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about Andazi, we may collect your friend's personal information, such as their email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting them to purchase an Andazi product. We store your friend's information to send this one-time email and to track the success of our referral program. Do not provide information related to other users unless you have their express consent.
Professional, employment, or education-related information, including your employment and work history, records, written samples, references, and other information necessary to consider you for a job.
Please do not provide us with information we do not request.
2.2 Information Collected When You Visit Our Stores
We collect information about you when you visit our stores in person. For example, we install security cameras for video recording for security purposes. In some stores, we install video cameras with software that allows us to count the number of customers entering our stores and track their physical movement within our stores. The software does not participate in facial scanning, does not determine the customer's age, ethnicity, or gender, or otherwise use information to identify a specific person.
2.3 Information Collected From Your Device or Browser
When you use the Services, we and third parties with whom we work automatically collect information from your browser or device. The categories of information we automatically collect include:

2.4 Information Collected When You Use Glow
When you use our Glow light and accompanying app, we collect information about how you use Glow, such as when you turn it on, turn it off, or change the brightness setting. Your device type.

We also collect information from other sources. Categories of sources from which we collect information include:
Business partners who offer co-branded services, sell or distribute our products, or participate in joint marketing or promotional activities.
Third-party vendors and related parties with whom we work regarding analytics, advertising, security, and fraud prevention services.
Social media platforms with which you interact. For example, when you "like," "follow," or otherwise engage with our content on social media (such as our brand page or direct messaging facility), we may collect information such as your contact identifiers and any comments you provide. If you publicly reference our Service on social media (e.g., using a hashtag related to us in a tweet or post), we may use your reference to or in connection with our Service.
Data providers, such as licensors of private and public databases.
Public sources.
2.6. Information We Derive
We derive new personal information from other information, including generating personal information about your presumed preferences or other characteristics.
2.7 Sensitive Information
To the extent that any category of information we collect constitutes sensitive categories of personal information under applicable law, we process such information only for the limited purposes permitted by applicable law. We do not sell or use sensitive categories of personal information for targeted advertising or to infer conclusions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We collect and use personal information in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy, including in the following ways:
Providing Services. We use information to provide the Services to you, including for the functionality of the Service, to create and maintain your account, and to provide support.
Personalizing Your Experience. We use information to personalize your experience and to show you content that may be of interest to you.

As part of this process, we integrate technologies into our own Service, as well as into our advertisements shown on other websites and services. Some of these technologies may track your activities over time and across unaffiliated services and derive or infer information about you to show relevant advertisements based on your preferences and interests ("Targeted Advertising"). We also use audience matching services (which is a type of targeted advertising) to reach people who have visited our Service or are identified in one or more of our databases ("Relevant Advertising"). This is done by us providing a third-party list of hashed email addresses or by embedding a third-party pixel in our own Service, and the third party matches common agreements between our data and their data. For example, we integrate the Facebook pixel into our Service and may disclose your hashed email address to Facebook as part of our use of Facebook Custom Audiences.
Promotions. When you voluntarily enter a promotion, we use information as specified in the official rules governing the promotion, as well as for administrative purposes and as required by law. By entering a promotion, you agree to the official rules governing that promotion, except where prohibited by applicable law. We, the sponsor, and related parties, may use your name, voice, and/or likeness in promotional or marketing materials.
Security and Enforcement. We use information to prevent, detect, investigate, and resolve fraud, policy or terms violations, threats, or harm.
Recruitment. We use information to make recruitment decisions and in anticipation of an employment contract.
At your direction or with your consent. We use the information for additional purposes where you instruct us to use it in a specific way or with your consent.

Andazi may disclose your information in the following ways:

In addition, we may integrate technologies, including those listed in the "How We Collect Information" section above, that are controlled by third parties. Except where third parties act as our service providers, they, not us, control the purposes and means of processing any information collected from you, and you should contact them directly to address any concerns regarding their processing. Third-party data practices are subject to their own policies, including what information they collect, your choices, and whether they store information in Georgia or elsewhere. 6. Data Security
We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, transmission over the Internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information about you.
If you wish for your account not to be known to our website and have an account with us, you can delete your account through the account settings. We will address your request in accordance with data retention practices.
7. Information Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we have collected personal information from children, please contact us as set forth in the "Contact Us" section. We will delete the personal information accordingly.
9. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to revise and republish this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the posted Privacy Policy. If the changes are material, we may provide additional notice to your email address.
10. Financial Settlement and Refund Policy
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Andazi ("Andazi," "we," "our") website located at www.andazi.ge and all associated websites. Sites collectively, retail locations operated by Andazi ("Andazi Store") and any product (as defined below) offered on the Sites, in any Andazi Store, or by any bona fide third-party retail, online or e-commerce platform or other third-party channel (each, a "Third-Party Seller"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or otherwise using our Sites, or by ordering, purchasing, receiving, or using any products or services offered by Andazi, you agree to these Terms, as well as any other terms, guidelines, or rules applicable to any portion of the Sites or the Andazi Store, without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services or order, purchase, receive, or use the products. These Terms provide that all disputes between you and Andazi relating to these Terms, the use or access of the Services and/or the ordering, purchase, receipt or use of products will be resolved by the laws of Georgia.
I. Confidentiality
We have adopted a privacy policy that you should refer to in order to fully understand how we collect and use your information. The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference.
II. Electronic Communication
When you visit any Site or send us an email, you are communicating with us electronically. By doing so, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on any Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
III. Authority
None of our Sites or any part of our Sites is directed to individuals under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, do not use or access any Site.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a company, entity, or organization (collectively, "Organization"), then you represent and warrant that you (a) are an authorized representative of that Organization; (b) have the authority to bind that Organization to these Terms; and (c) agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that Organization.
IV. Copyright
Unless otherwise noted, all text content included on any Andazi Site, presented in any Andazi Store, or on any product, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials (together, "Andazi Content") is the property of Andazi, or its licensors, partners, or affiliates, and is protected by Georgian and international copyright laws. The compilation of each Site is the exclusive property of Andazi and is protected by Georgian and international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of any Andazi Content on any Site is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright and trademark laws, and/or privacy, publicity, and/or communications regulations and statutes. You may only use the materials or content on the Site with our prior written and express authorization. V. Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (collectively, "Marks") appearing on any Site, in any Andazi Store, or on any product, are owned by Andazi and are registered by Sakpatenti. You may not display or reproduce the Marks in any way without Andazi's prior written consent, nor may you remove or otherwise modify any trademark notices from any content offered or received through the Sites.
VI. Limited License and Access to the Sites
We grant you a limited right to use the Sites for personal use only. Accordingly, this right does not authorize you to do the following: (a) resell the Sites or any commercial use of the Sites; (b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or convert to human-readable form any content of the Sites that is not intended to be so read, including using HTML or other code directly viewed from the Sites, except for interpretation and display in a web browser; (c) copy, emulate, mirror, reproduce, distribute, publish, download, display, perform, post, or transmit any content of the Sites (including any Marks) in any form or by any means.
VII. Accounts, Forms, Registration, and Passwords
You represent and warrant that the information you provide to Andazi when creating an account on any Site and at any other time will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
To facilitate current and future purchases on the Sites, you can choose to create an account by providing an email address and password. Please note that you may choose to use the Site and make purchases without creating an account. If you create an account, your account is personal to you and you may not share your account information or give access to your account to any third party. As you will be responsible for all activities that occur under your access credentials, you agree to use reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access or use of the Sites and to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and any device you use to access the Sites.
You agree to immediately notify us of any breach of the confidentiality of your login information.
If you have any reason to believe that your account information has been compromised or that a third party has gained access to your account, you agree to immediately notify Andazi by email at contact@andazi.co.uk. You will be solely responsible for any losses incurred by Andazi and others due to any unauthorized use of your account.
VIII. Taxes and Payments; Shipping; Home Delivery -; Third-Party Seller Purchases
Prices. The price of products available for purchase through any Site will be shown to you on that Site. The price of products available for purchase through any Andazi Store will be shown next to or on the product page. Product prices may be shown in local currency, depending on where you purchase the products. You will be notified of any applicable taxes before placing your order.
11. Payments.
Sites and Andazi Stores currently use a third party to process payments. Our third-party payment operators accept payments via various credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others, as detailed on the applicable payment screen. You can also fund product purchases in installments from Georgian financial institutions.
12. Home Delivery.
For home delivery and mattress unpacking, the customer or an adult must be present at the designated time and delivery address. If no adult is present at the time of delivery, Andazi reserves the right to leave the package with a secure receiving authority (e.g., doorman, concierge, or building package center).
Purchases from a third-party seller.
Andazi may offer certain products through third-party sales.
Andazi does not control the third-party seller and your order, purchase, receipt, or use.
Any product provided by any third-party seller is a transaction solely between you and them (the third party).
Each third-party seller may have its own terms, guidelines, or rules, for which Andazi is not responsible.
13. Refunds and Returns; Cancellation
Cancellations. You may cancel an order placed on the Sites or at an Andazi Store at any time before the product is shipped. If the product has been shipped to the customer's address, the order cannot be canceled.
If we are unable to process the refund to the original payment method (for example, if the credit card used for the purchase has been canceled or closed), you will be refunded in cash. If you purchased a product from the Sites or an Andazi Store using an offer code or gift code, the value of any offer code will not be refunded. In the event that Andazi cannot recover the additional value-added tax, this portion of the amount will not be refunded. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or taxes.
Registration
To purchase products on the Andazi website (andazi.ge), registration is required, for which you must fill out the registration form with the following data:

Users can register on the website during the product purchase process or before purchasing.
Registration/authorization before purchase occurs after the user selects "Log In" from the website's main menu.
Login/authorization is possible through the following methods:
. Social network
The user confirms and guarantees that:
. The information provided by them is complete and accurate;
. They are 18 years of age or older, a legally competent adult;
. They will not use another person's identifying information for registration on the Andazi website;
. They will not use a name that may be derogatory or offensive to any other person;
. They will not use the website to disseminate false information;
. They will not use the website to impersonate another company, company employee, or any other person;
. They will not infringe on the rights of others through illegal and harmful actions;
. They will not use any device or program whose purpose is to obtain information from the website or interfere with its normal functioning;
. They will protect copyrights and related rights, and will not carry out unauthorized use, processing, or publication of information existing on Andazi: logo, pictogram, image, graphics, picture, patent, trademarks, design, and any other type of intellectual property, without Andazi's prior written consent;
. They will not use another user's account;
. They will not attempt to gain access to another user's authorization information;
. They will not carry out any action that threatens the proper functioning of Andazi;
. They will not carry out any action prohibited by current legislation, this agreement, and Andazi's privacy policy.
Placing an order and purchasing products by the user
After the user selects a product and places it in the virtual cart, new users will need to provide the following information: email, name, mobile number, and the address where they wish to receive the purchase.
For payment of Andazi products, the user will be redirected to the payment page. Before making the payment, the user is obliged to verify the address and contact information provided to ensure the smooth delivery of the purchased products. In case of incorrect/incomplete address and/or contact information, the user is responsible for any delays in product delivery.
The user will be able to check information about the purchased product on their personal page.
Andazi reserves the right to refuse or cancel a user's order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.
After the user pays for the product, ownership of the purchased item fully transfers to the user.
14. Disclaimer
We do not represent or warrant the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content published by third parties. You agree that any reliance on materials published by third-party service providers will be at your own risk. By using the Sites, you agree to the risk that you may encounter content that is inappropriate or otherwise unsuitable. We may, at any time, change, suspend, or discontinue any content of the Sites, including operating hours or the availability of Site texts or any other feature, without notice or liability.
User Disputes. We are not responsible for any disputes or disagreements between you and any third party with whom you interact using the Sites. You assume all risks associated with interacting with third parties. You must resolve disputes directly with the third party. To the extent permitted by law, you release Andazi from all claims, demands, and damages in disputes between third-party sites and users. You should also not involve us in such disputes. Use caution and common sense when using third-party sites.
Content Accuracy. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content on any Site. Similarly, we make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any data from third-party service providers, or the quality and nature of third-party products and services obtained through the Sites. Use the Sites at your own risk.
We make no promises and, beyond processes allowed by law, disclaim all liability regarding specific results from using the Sites.

15. Dispute Resolution
General. You and Andazi agree that any dispute arising out of or in any way related to these Terms, your use of the Sites or Services, or the purchase, receipt, order, or use of any product, will be resolved by binding arbitration or judicial action. Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, may allow for more limited discovery than in court, and may be subject to very limited review by courts. Arbitrators can award the same damages and relief that a court can. This agreement on arbitration disputes covers all claims arising out of or in any way related to these Terms, your use of the Sites, Services, or the purchase, receipt, order, or use of any product. Any dispute between you and Andazi shall be governed by the legislative act of Georgia.
Enforceability. If the part entitled "No Class Action" is found to be unenforceable, or if the entirety of this Section XVII is found to be unenforceable, then the entire Section XVII will be null and void, and in such case the parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue described immediately below will govern any action arising out of or related to these Terms, or your access to or use, purchase, receipt, order, or use of the Sites, any Andazi Store, Services, or products.
Choice of Law; Venue. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, excluding its conflict of law rules. If a claim or proceeding is permitted under these Terms, then you and Andazi agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Georgian law.
Termination
Notwithstanding any of these Terms, we reserve the right, without notice or attendant liability and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Sites, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of any Site or Andazi Store for any reason or no reason. In the event of termination, these Terms will still apply.
We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms at any time
From time to time, we will review these Terms to ensure they comply with applicable law. Accordingly, we reserve the right to update and revise these Terms at any time. You will know if these Terms have been revised since your last visit to the website by referring to the "Effective Date of Current Policy" at the top of this page; however, provided we will endeavor to provide you with advance notice of any material changes that apply to you. Your use of or access to the Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms.
Waiver
The failure of either party to exercise in full or in part any right or to waive any breach by the other party of these Terms will not prevent such party's subsequent exercise of such right or be deemed a waiver by such party of any subsequent breach by the other party of the same or any other term of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be void, invalid, or for any reason unenforceable, that term will be severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining term or condition. Nothing in these Terms will affect your non-waivable statutory rights.
Entire Agreement
Except as explicitly noted above, these Terms (including any documents or terms expressly incorporated into these Terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and Andazi regarding the Services and/or the purchase, receipt, order, or use of products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, regarding the Services and/or the purchase, receipt, order, or use of products. A printed version of these Terms and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
