Want to return an item?
You can return an Andazi product if it is unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are sent using the original payment method.

Home delivery
An adult should be available at the delivery address at the agreed time. If unavailable, delivery may be handed to a secure recipient point according to courier policy.
Cancellation and refunds
Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
Final-sale/clearance products are not returnable unless defective.
